Polyhydramnios What Can I Do

I am 29 weeks along and getting bigger every day. I do know that I am having a boy and before I got pregnant I did every thing right; that I could any ways. I am 22 years old and have a very healthy 5yr old girl. I have looked every where to get as much info on Polyhydramnios as I can but I would love to hear from some one that has gone through hearing they have this and nothing was wrong with the baby!!!! Or is there any thing you learnd about this that you could share with me???? In two weeks I will have another ultra sound and the following week I'll see my docter... I hope every thing is ok and my son will be ok.

I have too much amniotic fluid (polyhydramnios). Polyhydraminos may increase the risk of pregnancy complications including preterm rupture of the membranes, preterm birth, umbilical cord accidents, placental abruption, poor growth of the baby and stillbirth. Also the risk of a cesarean delivery is much higher. Severe bleeding after delivery is also more of a risk. They say a birth defect may cause to much amniotic fluid, which worries me so much.
