I'm fifteen and pregnant. Results of a blood test from a week ago confirmed a pregnancy. I am bleeding and I have some abdominal cramps does this mean I had a misscarriage?

I was sixteen when I got pregnant... that was 5 in a half years ago. I am now 22 and I am having another baby.
