I am 6 weeks pregnant and early this morning when I went to the toilet i saw some blood on the toilet paper. I have a bit of slight discomfort (somerimes like very very minimal period pain). This is my second pregnancy and this didnt happen during my first. can you tell me if I should be alarmed?

this happened to me and shortly after i miscarried so go to the doctors straight away and good luck
