I have been on basically every type of birth control and got pregnant on it I currently have five children I am currently using mirena I have had the copper iud in the past but had a bad reaction to the copper and the iud was I'm bedding in my wall this time I had gone to the hospital about two months ago for severe abdominal pain and was told my mirena had moved out of place but was still inserted and that I had a cyst well I have had very heavy periods on mirena I have had it in since my youngest child was born they inserted it a few weeks after I had him which was about 9 months ago this month tho I have only had spotting I've been sleeping a ton lately been very crampy and nauseous alot along with slight bloating I had spotting up till yesterday the spotting was very light and lasted about 4 days but I'm just concerned I have five kids already I'm married but my husband and i are trying to avoid having another child at least not till our kids are all in school because I have 5 kids under 6 and have twins in those five kids I'm only 23 and I'm really concerned because my body normally is always the same I'm never this tired and the only time I normally am is when I've been pregnant
