what is the risk to your baby if you took ecstacy for the first two trimesters but have since stopped will he be born with any arbnomalities

Hey Julia... must be frightening to wonder about such a thing... I am not positive on this, but I don't think there has been much research on it. Just know it is harsh on the user's brain. Don't think it is a narcotic... just so you know when you are looking up stuff on it... I forget its cla__sification. Anyway, just try to focus on keeping yourself as healthy as possible until the baby is born and I would consider b___stfeeding if you haven't already... excellent way to build the baby's immunity and aid in brain development. Would be happy to help you with ideas on any of that. If you are considering b___stfeeding, it is helpful to have information ahead of the birth. I will say a prayer for you... think positively.

I was unaware i was pregnant untill i was five months and did alot of drugs before i found out. I was so afraid that there was something wrong with him. I was lucky he was okay and he is a three year old genuis. I told the doctors that i was useing before i found out and they check him while i was pregnant for everything they could. and that is what I think that you should do.
