i had a baby nov 20th. I hadn’t had my first postpartum period And on dec 31st my husband and I messed about a bit but he was never actually inside me (sorry tmi). As a precaution against pre-ejaculation I took the morning after pill that day. I got what I though was my postpartum 1st period then on the 5th January. I bled for 4 days. Nothing too heavy just average. I haven’t had anything since and I’ve had 8 negative pregnancy tests this last few weeks. I went to doc this morning and she doesn’t think I’m pregnant. I have booked myself in for a private scan because I’ve given myself a stomach ulcer worrying and googling. I read about a hook effect that can give you false negative tests. Doc thinks I should just sit tight and my period will eventually come. I’m petrified. I wouldn’t even be back to work if I am.....
