I'm suspecting I may be pregnant with our 2nd child (too early to do the test, but I've always been very in tune with my body). I've been working out at Curves, trying to get my weight down for a healthier second pregnancy. Does anyone know if it's ok to continue working out? Does anyone have any experience with the Curves workout while pregnant? Thanks!

it is safe if you do it moderately. do everything slowly and stay in tune with you instincts. if you feel it is too much then stop =) i worked and a curves and my mom and i now own a fitness facility with the same equipment. good luck!
