DOMS After Prenatal Yoga

Hi all, So here's the deal: On Sunday, I joined a new prenatal yoga class. The exercises didn't seem too bad to me at first, but we did several things that seemed a little ambitious - namely that we did a lot of squats and a lot of planks. I've gone through physical therapy recently for an injured knee, but I haven't used my muscles in the way that we did in the yoga class and as a result, I ended up with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) today to the point where it's painful to get up and walk around and every little thing I do is accompanied by my wincing. I'm new here... In part, I found this forum because I was hoping someone had advice on what to do about extreme muscle-soreness after a prenatal yoga class when you're pregnant. I'm being ultra-cautious about taking any meds during the first trimester and haven't even chanced taking Advil, since I've read mixed reports on whether that's okay or not. I've been drinking plenty of water, ate a banana earlier and have tried light stretching. Ironically, when I looked up "yoga" and "muscle soreness" - often what is recommended for muscle soreness is: more yoga! I've had DOMS before - when I did an all-day hike at Yosemite and I wasn't really in condition for hiking on such steep inclines for hours and hours on end. This feels very similar. When I had DOMS before, I took a lot of advil - but I don't feel that's a reasonable option for me. I have a history of miscarriage, so I want to be overly cautious on what I take for any pain or discomfort. When I get a headache (if it's bad enough), I take *one* Tylenol. I took one Tylenol this morning, but it didn't seem to do much for this muscle soreness.
