Hi all,
I have a question for you guys. I'm a personal trainer who got lucky enough this year to teach a fitness and nutrition class for a handful of pregnant women. With Christmas coming up around the corner, I want to put together a nice handbook for all my students as a gift. Many of them are about to be done with their pregnancy. I wanted to get as much feedback from other pregnant women out there on what questions you would want answered related to fitness and nutrition after your pregnancy. I know the obvious one is how would you lose the weight after pregnancy and that's all I can think of on my own haha. That's why I need some help from you girls.
Just let me know what you would want answered if you got something like this. Be as descriptive as you like. I really want to make this a good handbook for them.
