Hello,
I have taken two pregnancy tests today, both are showing a faint positive (two different brands of test) So I am starting to think I am pregnant but it is not sinking in.
Anyway - I am overweight and have spent the last year losing weight by taking up running. I managed to get to 5k and was running 3 times a week before xmas however I slowed right down after the christmas laziness kicked in and have just started to get back into running and training for my first 10k event.
I am worried that I have 4 weeks to get myself from 5k runs to 10k training and I am overweight and pregnant - should I still train for this event?
Any help would be appreciated
