I had my Tubal Ligation done 9/2003 after my son was born.... I have now been w/ my Boyfriend and he and I want a baby, Should I go w/ getting a reversal or wait things out and see if it happens naturally? being that my tubes are tied I find that impossible?? someone tell me it is possible :) thanks you all :) Cathy

My husband and I want a child. I had my tubes cut and burned in 2001, I see here that it is possible to get pregnant after the TL, but what about having this procedure reversed? Has anyone had this procedure reversed and can you sugest a doctor?

I had my T.L. August 2,2004 after having my 3 child by c-setion it was all done at once and yesturday I started having this real sharp pain in my left side of my pelvic area. i also started feeling sick to my stomic like i need to vomit. this pain was so bad that i cryed for about 2 hours. what are the chances that i could be pregant. the pain is still there just not as bad as last night. i am not due for m.c. untell the 9 of august. should i wait to see if i start my m.c. or shold i go to the hospital today.

OK..SO I HAVE MY TUBES TIED SINCE 9/2003 AND I HAVE NOT STARTED MY PERIOD WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON 7/28... I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ALWAYS ON TIME! COULD I BE PREGNANT? I HAVE BEEN FEELING SICK, AND BLOATED BUT THEM ARE ALSO SIGNS OF PRE-MENSTRUAL. I AM UNSURE IF I SHOULD JUST NOT WORRY ABOUT IT AND WAIT FOR AWHILE. ???

i had a tubal ligation 4 years ago. I have just had an xray done by my chiropractor and it shows that one of the clips has come off and is floating around my body. Has anyone else had this happen.

Hi cathryn I had a TBL 6 years ago and had a x-ray done last week that showed my clip has come off and is up near my gallbladder i go and see GYNO next week . Have you had lots of pain that no one could tell you why you were having it? I have for the past year now so i wonder if it could be from the clip coming off. You sure can and that is what i am hoping to do. But..... I have just found out yesterday that i have a complex ovarian cyst with septations. I'm scared that this may be cancer, and beacause of the pain that I have had for quite sometime now are going to speak to my gyno next week about the possibility of him removing my tubes. But.... I had my tubes tied about 6 years ago after 3 boys and 2 failed marriages, but am now in my 3rd marriage and would very much love to have a baby with hubby number 3. While investigating the pain an x-ray was done and it looks as though the clips from my TL may have come off. Has anyone else had this happen and what was the outcome???? I am desperate to know!!!!

I got pregnant and i had my tubal aug 31 and i am pregnant now and have a almost 4 month old son but my doctor forgot to clamp one of my tubes

I had my tubes tied in 2000. Went to the dr. couple years later in 2003 due to pain I had been having and she asked if I had a chance of being pregnant. Of course I said no and she looked at my recoreds and said they were just tied not burnt so I have a greater risk of becoming pregnant. So it has been 6 years since I had it done and we decided we are ready for yet another child. Both of our children are begging for a sibling each has their own opinion. We can't afford to have it reversed and our insurance won't pay anything for infertility. So we are going on God's grace right now. The last few days I have been feeling quezy and I am hoping that my tubes have grown back together or whatever they are supposed to do. I read somewhere that it is 4/10 that after having their tubes tied get pregnant. Well my mom had an ectopic after her TL 14 years ago and she thought it was foolproofI know too many women that have had there tubes tied and never had children again I just pray that God sees me fit enough to give birth to another child. We are doing everything on our end to see it happens accept for having it reversed. If anyone has any information please let me know tridmn@netscape.com

I had a tubal 8 yrs ago and the doctor only found my left tube and overary and tied that one. Now I am having the same signs of being pregnant that I had with my kids before I had the tubal. Here is the kicker my boyfriend has had a vasectomy. What are the odds of that?

kristy, go to the Doc and see. When did your boyfriend have the vas. I have read that male or female the tubes can grow back together. I had my tubes clamped in 2000. Was the biggest mistake I ever did. I've wanted to have another since my son was 2, he's now 7. I had to have the left clamp taken off, because it had cut right through, so it was hanging there on 1 side of the tube, I still have the right 1 on. My period was lighter then normal this month, only went for 3 days, it should go for 7. I did a test and it was neg. I used the clearblue digital one. Even though it said neg, there was a very very faint 2nd line, on both times i did it. Has anyone ever had that before..

I am 33 yrs old and had my TL 8 yrs ago this month after i had a c-section! My period has never been late or atleast only a day or 2! I have not had a period since March 18th! I have been experiencing a conjested feeling in my lower stomach and had about 2 weeks ago a clear gummie discharge! I am light headed at times and going to the washroom alot but not alot coming out...lol! Could it possibly be pregnancy......it would be so great if it was! Could it be??????
