I had an ultrasound Feb 22 which put me at 5.5wk I subtracted 2wks and got Feb 3. Would that mean that's when I conceived?

I'm confused bc they keep saying they can't tell me how far I am bc I'm so early all that's to be seen is a gestational sac and yolk sac. I do a repeat ultrasound March 7. Just would like to know my ovulation day for future baby making ????
