My friend had a un expected misscarridge yesturday , shes only 13 and is all over the place she wont stop crying i dont know how to help ,, any advice on how i can help her/ make her feel better

Im so sorry for ur friend. I had a misscariage at 12weeks its gonna be a huge emotional experience for u both. Talk and let hr talk and cry. Dnt let her blame herself i did but my sister never gave up she was my rock. Go walking if poss i did a day after my D&C. It really helps. We talked and cried while walking. dnt let her try straight away her body needs to repair. As long as ur their to listen to her its the best. Goodluck
