okay so i am 4 weeks pregnant. Thursday i was bleeding red, Friday just spotting brown,Saturday spotting brown cramping dull. I went to the er Thursday wastold hcg levels were 1900 no sac seen on us. Was told it was a threatened miscarriage. I am so lost. I need a piece of mind. Someone please help me?
