Will You Always Have Cramping

....with a miscarriage. i am going for a blood test tomorrow to confirm if i am in fact pregnant. but last night and today i had many blood clots. today i had a very large one and a lot of red blood along with it. i never had any cramping though. nothing more than a twinge here and there but nothing to stop me in my tracks. normal twinges i would get with my period. is it possible that i just miscarried?
