Wow...ladies, I completely understand what you're going through. My last 3 periods have been regular, but only 1 day or so long. I've had a lot of pregnancy symptoms that I have never had before. I've been to 3 different OBGYN's and finally found one that is listening to me! So my first piece of advice, is to find a good doctor, it's worth the search. She is an MD, but also uses alternative medicine, which means she's open minded. Anyhow, she put me on biodentical hormone creams which I started the first day of my last period February 10th. I ended up being hospitalized for anxiety reasons and being put on medication. That doc says the meds shouldn't affect the hormone creams or my cycle. So now I'm 10 days late and 3 negative POA's in the hole. I'm going to wait 2 week and get a blood test. I'm nervous because the meds that I'm on shouldn't be taken during the first trimester, but I need them to balance me out, so I don't want to stop for no reason. With all of the doc visits in the past 4 months and everything else, my husband thinks it's all in my head. Baby dust to all of you and if it's meant to be it will be. Just remember not to stress about anything we can't control, take care of your body and be happy. It will happen if it's meant to happen!

I am so confused with all that i have read. I feel pregnant at least 2 maybe 3 months. I have 2 other children. I have had negative hpt and a neg blood test. All I have done is spot for the last three weeks. The viens in my boons are very noticable i have been sick for 4 weeks now and very tired very ga__sey and burppy( the same with my others) my mom had her period for 4 months of her preg with her 3rd child. she woul dhave a reg and thens spot and then a reg and thens spot. she finally got a confirmed preg in her 4th month as they were getting ready to do a d&c. People have told me that i am loking prego even my dad! I am so confused. I want a baby but not bad enough to screw up my body. I have an apt on the 10th with my ob should i force her to do a ultrasound. Help!

Hello ladies, I am pretty much in the same boat. My last cycle was in Feb. I have taken HPT's and 1 blood. All three were negative. However, I am having nausea,fatigue, crucial headaches, and dizziness. I don't know how to feel. I mean if I am not pregnant then were is my cycle? I am 28 years old, and my doctor said I should just"WAIT" it out. How can I do that not knowing what is really going on. I had stopped drinking because I didn't know if I was or not, but when I got the test results and they were negative, I had champagne this weekend. What if I am really pregnant. I don't want to do anything to harm the baby. Should I re-test. I read all of your posts and I can't believe that nothing (HPT or Blood test) is really accurate.. This scares me quite a bit.

Hi everyone. I was wondering if I could get some advice. Okay my period is currently 10 days late. I have taken about 12 hpts and all of them have come out negative. I then went to planned parenthood to get a blood test done and it was negative. However there blood test is the stick it in the machine for 10 min to shake, and it prints out a postive or negative on a piece of paper. (The reason I had to go to planned parenthood is because my doctor said told me at his office blood tests are only for girls who have had/or having a miscarraige.) I figured after the blood test I would start soon after thinking maybe its just stress. But its been 3 more days and still nothing! I told my doctor all the symptoms I have been having (nauseous, exhausted ALL the time, frequent urination, minor cramp feelings around ovarys, minor back aches, headaches) He said it sounds like a UTI and to come back in 3 weeks for another urine test. Could I still be pregnant??? Please any advice is greatfull!!

I have to say that if you have had a blood test that was negative, you are not pregnant. It would pickup any small amount of hcg- It sounds like there is something else going on and you all shouls get ahold of your doctors and get checked to see what is causing the symptoms. If they feel it is a uti, then you most certainly should not wait, if they will not see you, go to a different doctor. Good luck.

Clindholm. thank you for your candor about this situation. I do however know of several times that the blood test has been negative and yet people still been preg. I know for sure that it can happen because i have a little sister and for 4 months m y mom had neg urine and blood tests. it wasn't until they did a ful pelvic that they belived her. and i have 2 friends that were almost the same with a couple of there kids. So please before you can be so cold make sure you know your facts. ohh by the way i talked to my dr ans she said that it is quite possible to have a neg and still be preg.

I was in no way being cold, I am sorry you took it wrong. My doctor told me that the hcg in any small amount, is picked up in the blood test. I don't know why you are posting a question if you "know for a fact" the answer. So did the doctor confirm your pregnancy?

hello, i need major help.. ive been trying for a baby for a while. my last p was feb 27 but the thing is till now nothing... im natious most of the time and my b___sts went from a c to a dd (never before) my belly is abit harder , smell vinigar alll the time, and im realy h__y.. never as much as now.. the thing also is that i have pcos and im 6.5weeks late after 6 neg tests i dont now wut to do (p's got regular after bc and accupuncture comes every 30 days) and gp doesnt beleive in blood tests nor exams plz someone help

I need some help. I've never had a regular period so I can't go by my missed period. I've been having night sickness for the last week and half, cravings, headaches, heartburn, tired, hightened since of smell, b___st tenderness, light cramps, but every now and then I will have a sharp pain, dizziness, I have had a couple ppl tell me I looked pregnant, etc.... I am a college student and I went to see our school doctor yesterday morning and the pregnancy test was negative, what should I do? Could I still be pregnant? I've had the sickness before but thats only when I'm close to someone whos pregnant, I can sometimes get their symptoms, but they have never been anywhere close to this bad, and there is a slight possibility that I could be pregnant because one night the condom broke but if I am I think I would only be about 2 1/2 weeks along.

Well like many of you; I am sitting here in the same boat. Although I would love to be pg, my dh would like to wait. Good news is that he has slowly been letting his guard down. He had been using the "pulling out" method for almost a year now but for the last couple of months has been ejaculating inside once a month =). Last time he did that was 5 days before my period was due (April 8th). Well... as of now I am late for the first time EVER..12 days to be exact! I have a 31 day cycle and have gotten my period every 30-31 days to the day. I don't ever experience cramping before or during my period but this time, I cramped a day or so before my period was due as well as for a few days after. Basically I cramped for about 4 days (the average length of my periods). Noe my left b___st is extremely tender and my right one is slightly, lower back discomfort, a loss of appet_te, sore abdomen, and the feeling of having loads of discharge but only a ends up being a little (looks like egg whites) and a little weight gain around my waistline. I have taken HPT upon HPT and all come back neg, even a blood test the doc did came up neg, which was performed on the 15th. I still have the feeling of "about to get my period" but still nothing!! Is there a possibility the pregnancy tests were done too early, including the blood test? I am curious to know if any one of you has heard or experienced anything similar to this but resulted in being pregnant. Thank you all for helping!

Just to clarify; the ejaculation happened on 4/3, period due on 4/8, blood test performed 4/15... hopefully that will give you guys a better idea so you can help me =)

Hi everyone! I think you all can empathize with my story - 6 to 7 days late, with both negative HPTs and a blood test. But, I still haven't gotten my period and have many pregnancy symptoms - sore and HUGE b___sts, some cramping that's much more mild than my menstrual cramps, nausea, etc. I just feel slightly lost about what to do now, but it's been very comforting to read about your experiences. Thank you for sharing :) I think I'm just going to try to take it easy and maybe test again in a few days if my period doesn't show up. The one good thing - we weren't "trying," but this experience made us realize that we're ready :) Thanks again, and best wishes to everyone.

This is for littletibbs and everyone else out there! Let me start by saying that just because you get a neg HPT (I had 5) and even a neg blood test... THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU AREN'T PREGNANT!!!!! And for anyone who disagrees.... come show me because I AM PREGNANT!!! There is a possibility you tested too soon, even for a blood test, as was my case because now, 7 days after my neg blood test results I am now getting positive results. I just new I was pregnant regardless of what the neg tests showed... the sore b___sts, sore stomach, slight cramping. So I went and bought a HPT after work on the 22nd and yup, it said pregnant. Of course just to make sure... I went and bought 2 other tests and took them at different times and yup, still pregnant. Went to the doctor yesterday and of course they confirmed it too. So to everyone out there that was relentless in confirming your suspicions about being pregnant... don't give up hope. Wait another week and test again!! Good luck!!! =)

I'm going this weekend to have a blood test done but my school nurse told me it still might be too early and it's driving me crazy, all of my friends are saying I am and I've already had four people tell me I have "that glow" its kind of scary to think that i might be pregnant because i'm only a freshman in college and still have three more years here. but i'm kind of hoping that I am, years ago my doctors told me I could never get pregnant, and I always said I prove them wrong, they told my mom that too and she had two kids. and since i'm having alot of the symptoms i'm kind of hoping that now is the time that i prove the doctors wrong. but the only thing I'm scared of if I am pregnant is telling the guy that got me pregnant cuz i know he's definately not ready for a kid, so I haven't even told him that I might be. well congrats on being pregnant and wish me luck!!

Hi everybody, I just wanted to know if an E.T.P. pregnancy test is accurate or not. I am 16 years of age and I'm not ready to have a kid yet! I'm scared if I am pregnant!!! I recently yesterday took a pregnancy test and it said nagative. I hope this is true. help me plz
