Ultrasound Accuracy Pls Help

Grandpa viv, recently i have taken normal ultrasound , last time i urinate 2 hrs before ultrasound and before 15 minutes of ultrasound i drink around 700ml water and wanted to urinate (but not very badly),yes but my stomach was very full that i cant even drink 1 spoon more, and on reports they found both ovaries ,... does my ultrasound is accurate .? or any chances of inaccuracy.?

I think you should ask the clinic if there is any part of the results you don’t understand. It’s not clear here what they were looking for.
