Can I Really Be Prego And Bleeding

Hi all, I have had 2 months of spotting/coffee grounds, no signs of ovulating. 6 home prego tests all negative, 1 blood test negative, but all signs point to my being pregnant: nausea, sore/tender nipples/br___ts, full sensation, constantly having to pee, constipation, etc. I FEEL pregnant even though all of Medica Science says no. Is there ANYONE who can relate and if so, what do you have to say?

Sometimes the desire to be pregnant often brings on the onset of pregnancy symptoms. Often when we are more body aware even the slightest change in our bodies points to the direction of pregnancy. I too have felt like this..I often feel prgnant right around ovuation until my af comes and then nothing. I hope they are wrong..but if not.. maybe a physical or some other bloodwork to see if there are any other unrelated ailments with similar symptoms to pregnancy.
