TTC 39 2 MCs Dr Trust Issues

Hello, I am 39. I had 2 mc over the last two years. We started going to a specialist after the last mc. Now I can't seem to get pg. We got pg within 3 months both times. Now its been 9+ months. I have gone from supportive post-ov progesterone to being "undiagnosed infertile" and starting Clomid/IUI. I suspect stress is part of my issue, but I don't know how to handle it. Part of it is my Dr. won't listen, but he is the expert, so I am trying to just let go and trust. We missed some chances b/c he did not listen/believe me when i said I have a short (26 day) cycle. I really don't want to start over now with a new Dr. and lose more time. Any advice?

Hello Julia, Sorry to hear of your 2 mc's..and your trust issues. Remember the doctors are working for YOU. If you have any doubt about your doc..get another one. They can forward all your info..and give you better support with someone who is more sensitive to you situation. I wish you all the best. If youe need any support ther are many of us ttc..on other threads. (TTC board). I too am ttc for 5 months. Had no problems conceiving b4 but as of lately things are not happening as quickly as I'd like. I am not on any meds (yet) but may explore those options very soon. Again...Best of luck to you.

Hi Kristin72. Thanks for responding. I am going to join you guys over on "TTC and BFP's SUPPORT for OVER 35ers part3" (or maybe Part 4 now?) I just wanted to say Thank you, and I did change drs. I will give the whole story over there, so as to not split the discussion. I am looking forward to becoming more of a participant in the big group. Thanks!!
