I just want to say, you guys on this board are the best!! Kristin I am so glad for you hunny, you deserve it! I'm sure that Krissy Aspen, Julia, Maribel, and all the rest (me included) will be right behind you soon. I had my tubal reversed in April, and we started actively ttc'ing in June, do you guys think it is too soon for me to be feeling anxious? I know it probably is, but reading these boards every day gives me hope, especially when we hear about a BFP!! I also was wondering if any of you or someone you know have gotten pregnant after a tubal reversal? I had the banding method done, and I am only 34. I know your age at the time of the reversal and the method used when the tubes were tied play a big part in how successful you will be in getting pregnant again. How long do you guys think it may take? I know it has only been a couple months, but I really want another child, and I feel so impatient!! LOL, I'm sure you all know how that feels!! Anyways, I just wanted to say that you guys here on this board are the best!! Love and babydust!!-Tracy

Ishtar1974, Thank you! I have heard many success stories after tubal reversal. Have you had your tubes checked by sono or hsg? This will tell you if your tubes are flowing well. I had this done in January and everything checked out fine..I even saw my eggs a follicles. The doc said I should have no problems as I had no blockages etc. I am not sure if that is the way to go after a reversal but it can't hurt. Also, have you had your hormones checked? After I found out everything was "normal" with my hormones, I knew nothing should stand in my way but timing my bd'ing properly and trying to not stress.. Because of your age you have alot of an advantage on your side. I know we all want to be pregnant yesterday, but I am confident it will happen for you VERY soon!! Best of luck and Baby Dust! Oh and my best advice is to just have fun! It will happen!!xoxo

Hi, Tracy! I usually only read/post in one thread but I'm glad I clicked on this one. My husband's niece sounds very similar to you. She had the tests Kristin suggested and everything was fine. She was pregnant within four months of trying. She's a couple years older than you are...36 I think. Good luck!

Thanks so much for the well wishes, girls! Kristen did you have a tubal reversal? If so, how long did it take for you to get pregnant afterwords? Do you have any guesses as to how long it may take to conceive? They did a dye test on my tubes when they untied them, and they were open and in good shape, and given that I am only 34 I think my chances of having another baby are pretty good. Aspen- thanks for your reply. Did your niece have a tubal reversal also? Krissy, I am crossing my fingers for you! As always all you ladies are great! Love and babydust to all!!-Tracy

Hi Ishtar, no I did not have a tubal reversal..I did however have an ectopic last Sept. So I had my tubes checked by hsg sono to see if they were blocked or not..and they were not. Truly though I have read of many people getting preg after the dye test and the hsg. You are on the right track though..it may take a few months to get in sinc but just try to get your timing down. Use fertility friend . com if you are not already. MAkes sure you are taking your bbt's and your opk's and if you have a microscope or if you check the postioning of your cervix all the better. Take your prenatals..and Get to know your cycles well. Your body is just getting back into functioning well. I have faith that it will happen very soon.

ishtar1974 - I think your chances are great. Keeping my fingers cross for you. Well ladies here is my update. I am out AF started today so I have to make up my mind if I will be doing the clomid/estrogene/progesterone again. I called the doctor and the nurse asked if I still had refills and I told her I still had 2 left on the clomid and she said to refill it and if I am still not pg after the last refill then she will make an appointment for me. I am down and a little upset. How was everyone weekend? I hope to see some BFP this week. Krissy68

Krissy, I'm so sorry. How long have you been ttc? Have you had kids before, or will this be your first? How long will you try ? I know ttc can be so emotionally exhausting, and you just want it to happen already! I am gonna give myself 6 months or so of trying before going to the doctor again. I was always able to conceive very easily before I had my tubes tied, so I am hoping that it will still be fairly easy. I am in my 2ww right now, I should know by the 10th. Good luck to you this month Krissy, I will keep you in my prayers. Kristin-how are you feeling? Have you been to the dr. yet? Hugs to all!-Tracy

ishtar1974 - I have been ttcing since June 3, 07 (my birthday). Yes I have kids I have 4 girls and 1 granddaughter from a previous relationship. Me and my current DH would like to have a child together. I am 40 and he is 42 his youngest kids are a set of twin boys age 6 and my baby daughter is 3. My plans is to keep trying until Jan 09 then I will be hanging up my bding shoes. I had my tubes tied in 1994 after my 3rd daughter then I had them reverse on Valentine Day 2003 and found out I was pregnant on Valentine Day 2004. Keeping my fingers cross that AF don't show her ugly face. I will hold onto her as long as possible. Please keep me updated and let me know. Krissy68

Hi Tracy and Krissy, Sorry your af showed..I know this from the other thread :( I know this is getting you down but..I know it will happen for you. HAve you had all your bloods checked? What is your fsh like? Do you have good cm? FYI my girlfriend just found out she has too much yeast There is a medical term but I forget what it is called..so she has gone on a special diet to bring things back to normal (no carbs lots of onions and garlic..and veggies and nuts..this yeast imbalance apparently has been interfering with her conceiving. I don't know if that is something you might want to check out too..but it wouldn't hurt. I know our hormones have to be in check as does our luteal phase. Our timing must be impecable. I wish you the best of luck..I know it will happen for you. Just try not to stress...that is the only thing I can say as different for me my cycle as I did not stress about conceiving for the first cycle..I got involved with other things and tried to occupy my time contstructively..because we all know how we can worry ourselves to death ttc. TRacy..I have my first ultrasound tomorrow. I am so nervous. I hope things are ok..I will update when I find out the news..I hope it is good as it is my birthday tomorrow as well. Hope you are doing great!!xo BAby dust!!

I just wanted to say again how great you all are! Aspen, November, KRISTIN (she who has the most indominitable spirit I have ever heard of!!) my buddy Krissy, and Maribel (where are you lady??) You all keep my spirits up, and I feel like I know you all! JuliaB-good luck with your injectables, I hope you get your bfp real soon:). Anyone heard from Punkin lately? Mamix, just hang in there, it will happen for you I am sure! Quick question for you guys though, any opinion is welcomed. Before my tubal reversal, I NEVER had problems ovulating. My doctor decided to put me on Clomid this month for some reason. I am only 34 so I don't think it is my age, but not sure. My cycles are still very regular, so I still think I am ovulating. I have a set of fraternal twin girls that I conceived naturally, so my question is this- you guys think I will get multiples again??Let me know what you think. Grats to you again November, I hope you are starting a trend!! Love you all and babydust!!!

Krissy68 - October 21

ishtar1974 - I think your doctor put you on clomid to help you out. I also think that it is very possible for you to have another set of twins. How are you doing? Have you started the clomid yet? Good Luck! Krissy68
