i am now 38 and opted for a reversal in feb this year against the negative advice i received about my age ect..everyone i spoke to seemed to think IVF was the best option despite having had all the standard fertility tests which showed i was still very much fertile although there was no guarantees i would get pregnant...just wondered if there is anyone out there that have had similar experiences good or bad to share as im begining to wish id listend to that advice.. liz x

hello....I am 36 and just had reversal in March of this year......I have heard negative comments due to age but it was from family/friends (or so called) I didnt go through fertility tests because of my history.......I had my DD in 2005 ...I had just come off DEPO shot and was told it would take 12-18 mos but I was preggo in 6....then when my DD was 11 mos old I was on the pill took it every day same time and it was time to start a new pack of pills and I had never got AF so I tested and I was preggo!!!! so when I had my son I had a tubal .....then we lost our son 9 weeks after he was born....we want another baby so I had a reversal in March....I just had my last post op visit and the Dr said we had the green light to do the baby dance!!!! It was almost time then for AF so I am just on cd13 so I am very new to OPK's and charting and such but trying like crazy....so far my experience is neither good nor bad I guess .....but I am here if you just wish to chat
