Hey ladies!! Been doing some spring cleaning and trying to go green and recycle. It hasn't been easy but I like getting rid of the stuff for a good cause. And you get a discount on your water bill if you do it so every penny counts! My son is trying to help too, so its cute to watch him go! gowingstjc- Thanks for the support. I'm not doing any injectables yet. My gyn wants me to see the re again but I just don't want to do injectables. I'm a chicken like you when it comes to needles and those drugs drove me crazy a year ago. Hope yours aren't too bad. Good luck on Monday with your pg test. I will be praying for a BFP for you! Krissy68- Oh my goodness are you ok? I would have made a beeline to the door if I heard hysterectomy too!! Why would they jump to such a drastic conclusion? I'm glad you got a second opinion. I have fibroids too. My dr said they aren't big enough to prevent getting pg but sometimes I wonder. It may not be a bad idea to wait for a month to try again. I hope all your test come back ok. Don't give up faith. You know you can count on us here to chat with you when you get down. You ladies have been a lifeline at times when I couldn't count on anyone else. So please just keep praying and you know I'll keep praying for you. Keep me posted. Baby dust--Tammy

Krissy - You must be a wreck. Good for you to march out of that hospital. They always want to do a hysterectomy at the slightest reason. You are in my prayers and I hope all turns out well for you. I am glad you are taking a month off. It sounds like you don't need the added stress. Please try to be strong and know that we are here for you and will be in our thoughts daily. Sending you a big hug!!!! Toothfairy - I should start my spring cleaning too but have been very lazy so far. I know what you mean about the injectables. I only did them one month but by the end I was getting pretty sick of them. I have to take them two times a day - 6 vials each time. Getting them in the thigh was horrible, then someone suggested the stomach and that is very tolerable. I haven't had too many side effects that I have noticed yet. Unfortunately, I didn't even get to take my pregnancy test. My temp dropped on Friday and sure enough that night I started. So now I am on cd5 and am on my second round of injectables. Good luck ladies, Terri

Hey ladies!! Hope all is well. Haven't really had any new developments. Did a pg test-BFN!! Oh well. I hoped my lower fsh score would help but it didn't. Not sure what I'm gonna do.I might contact my re but I don't want to. I might just do another consult or get another doctor. Krissy68- How are you? Any developments with your insurance? gowingstjc- How are the injectables going? I know they are a pain in the a__s--literally-- but I hope they get you pg. Keep me posted ladies!!!

Hi Tammy, Sorry I have been absent for so long. Work has been crazy (at least I am still working, thank God) and I have a sick dog at home that we are trying to nurse and keep comfortable till the end. He has cancer and the prognosis is not too good. But he is still happy and wagging his tail. So we will see how he does. I am sorry to hear about your FSH levels rising. Why do you not want to contact your RE? Hang in there it will happen for us. I have taken the month off of injectables to have a sono-histogram done. They are checking to see if the many fibroids I have are interferring with implantation or anything else. I get the results in a week. We are trying on are own this month then hopefully will start the injections this next cycle. Let me know what you decided to do with your doctor. Take care, Terri

I just wanted to tell you all hi and that I have miss you all very much this is my first month of trying again. I am currently on cd 8 and this is the first cycle where it was only 5 days long and only cd 2 & 3 were real heavy. I have been taking folic acid and that is it I am also seeing a new doctor from when I was in the hospital and I really like her she told me to try for 3 months on my own then come and see her in July mind you I will be 41 on June 3 and I am still trying to get my money together for the procedure I still need like $750 so I hope to have this done before the end of summer. I did buy me some opk I only got 5 and I will start testing on cd 10 since I am so out of the loop. I just took a much needed break from everything. Well I hope you all have a very nice and enjoyable weekend I will not be back online until Tuesday I will try and hope on over the weekend but not real sure you know how that goes. Love you girls and keeping us all in prayers that we get want we want real soon. Krissy68

Hey ladies!! Sorry I've been a stranger. I went to Wash D.C. for a week with my best friend. It was nice to just have fun and not think about ttc. Still taking herbs and doing acupressure. My son's friend's mom is pg. How are all these people getting knocked up? Gimme some of the h20 they are drinking and make it a double!! :} gowingstjc- How is your dog? Did it pa__s? Thats so hard to lose a pet. I'm not contacting my re because they run one test and only one test- FSH!! If its high they seem to want you to do donor eggs. I'm still thinking of going out of state for a second opinion. I just want some extensive tests done. For all I know I could be going through menopause and no one will test me. Well I hope I'm not, but how do I know if I am or not. How did your histogram go? Hopefully well. Good luck trying on your own this month. Krissy68- Its good to know your back in the game. Is your cycle usually longer and heavier? I'm so glad you like your new doctor. I think I may try a new one but there is only one re in my town. I may try a ob/gyn for testing at least. I hope you get all your money by the end of summer. Buying opks is a good way to get back into the swing of things after a rest. Its good to take a break sometimes. I may follow your example if nothing occurs soon. Happy B-day if I don't hear from you. Much luck to you this month. Good luck ladies and I will be praying for us as usual. Talk to you soon, Tammy

tooth fairy - I'm glad that you enjoyed your vacation. No my cycles have always been 7 days heavy from the time I got my first cycle over 20 years ago. Wow I'm old. I guess I just got use to going 7 days heavy. My new doctor isn't a RE she is a OB/GYN and Family Doctor. I go back to see her in July and if I am not pg then we will go from there. I'm going to really try hard and get the money so I can have the procedure done. I really want all the scar tissue, fibroids, and get the left tube unblocked. I only brought 5 opk test and I started testing on cd 10 and I got my first BFP on cd 12 and 13 today I will be taking my last test and I am not buying anymore until next month I have been bding but I didn't last night. I guess I better get busy tonight. One thing I am not going to do is stress out anymore. Thank you for the Birthday Wish. Take care and I will talk to you soon. Krissy68

gowingstjc - June 2

Hey Girls, Krissy glad you are back. Hope this month is the one for you. Toothfairy - I cannot believe they will not test you further. You should get a new doctor if you can. My doctor has done the entire spread of tests on me. I am not in menopause yet. I am pushing 45 too, in june. May has been the month from hell for my family. As you know our 11 year old pup was diagnosed with cancer and after 10 days we had to put him to sleep. Then 2 days later my 86 year old father had a minor stroke. He is doing quite well and we are hoping for a complete recovery. Then I was told that the injections are not making my ovaries respond and our only option is an egg doner. While we were pondering that $20k expense my husband was layed off on Friday. TOOO MUCH!! They did find that I have a big fibroid that could cause a miscarriage. So I am having that removed just in case we hit the lottery and can afford the egg donor. Sorry this is one big vent session. Life has been a bit of a bummer lately. Hopefully I can keep my job. I work for GM so every day I can go to work is a blessing. Take care ladies and lots of baby dust to both of you. Terri

Krissy68 - June 2

Tammy - How are you doing? Yes I'm tying this ttcing again. My cycle have always been 7 days heavy no problem but this current cycel threw me off because I have never went 5 days and for cd 1 to be very light and pink and then on cd 5 I only spotted and it was pink as well. I wonder if I am starting to go through the change of life!!!! When I was in the ER they were the ones who recommend that I go and see her and I am glad that I did because she is a OB/GYN and a Family Doctor so that procedure that I am trying to get the money together so the RE can do it she might can do it and I would only have to pay $100 for the co pay. That way the money that I have already sent to them could go towards the IUI. I know when I was in her office in April going over the test results she told me to start trying on my own and if nothing then come back in July. I guess I will have to see what the next step will be. I will keep you updated. Hey Terri - How are you doing? I am so very sorry for everything you are going through. I am orginally from Dayton Ohio and I still get the newspaper and I read were GM is filing Bankruptcy will this effect you? I wil keep you and your family in my prayers. How is your daddy doing? I forgot we share the same birth month. I'm 41 tomorrow. Hang in there girlfriend. Krissy68
