14 Week Ultrasounds Driving Me Insane Lol Opinions Plz

Ok so I had a ultrasound internally at 14 weeks checking cervical length where we had a look at the baby which was breech and floping everywhere! Well he said he could maybe see the gender and said he saw the "bigmac" 3 lines and said im leaning to a girl when the next second it was on the potty view where we saw a buldge and he said boy. So ive researched and found the nub theory how they all have the nub until i think 16 weeks or 18 idk so could anyone give me some guess lol between the legs theres a buldge but top looking down theres 3 lines!!!!!!!

Honestly, I had no idea what I was looking at with my first two kids (1 girl, 1 boy). With my 3rd child, he was not shy and obviously a boy at first glance. lol My ultrasounds were also at 20 weeks so I don't know what to say... Sorry. Not much help here. :/
