My girlfriend came over the other day and she made this super easy dip for tortilla chips. She put a can of chili beans and a whole stick of cream cheese in a microwavable container. You put it in the microwave or on the stove till the chili beans are hot and the cream cheese is soft. Mix the two together really well and WALAH! you have a very yummy dip...even my 4 year old loved it!

Sounds yummy, I'll try it. I have a super easy shish kebab thats impressive to serve. Buy a bag of easy peel large or jumbo shrimp. A package of skinless, boneless chicken b___sts, a botte of honey teriyaki sauce, a can of sliced pineapple and unsweetened shredded coconut. Soak wooden skewers for 10 mins, peel shrimp while skewers are soaking. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Cut pineapple slices in quarters. Skewer all three then brush w/ sauce. BBQ on middle rack on low heat until chicken is fully cooked, occa__sionally brushing with sauce. Toast coconut in a pan until golden put on platter. Put shish kebabs on top and drizzle with sauce.
