Healthy Macaroni Salad

Well seeing as how this is one of my fav. dishes and I make it just about every weekend I figured I would share it with the rest of you. Im not sure if any of you have ever had macaroni salad or not but to me its like the greatest thing known to man kind lol. Anyways to start I buy a box of the Barilla Whole Grain spirals. I try to avoid the regular kinds because of all the starches and I used the whole wheat but it doesnt taste the same but I found that Barilla makes the whole grain and it tastes just like the regular/white kinds. I boil a box of that until its tender. Chop up one large green pepper, and red pepper. Youll also need about 4-5 hard boiled eggs. Chop the eggs up also... set aside. Take the finished pasta and put about a half a jar of light or fat free mayo in it and mix it up until all the spirals are covered in mayo. Take one packet of Hidden Valley Seasoning and mix it in the salad. Than gradually add the egg and veggies. Mix it all up. Put it in the fridge for about 30mins until it reaches a cool temp. And wa-la your done! Enjoy!
