soak salmon in water skin side down for 10 minutes(this helps get some of the fat out.) Combine equal parts red wine, sesame oil, soy sauce. Add minced ginger and soak all together for 10-15 minutes. Bake/broil fish for 12 minutes. DELICIOUS!!!
