Ok well you are gonna need fresh grn chiles. If you live in the southwest then you can buy it frozen but soem places the dont sell it. You dont wanna use canned with this recipe. Pre-heat oven to about 350 degrees. Get the anahiem. Roast them. To do this all you do is wash them and put them dirctly on the oven racks turning them eveyr so often. Wait til they are real like bloated and a lil brown. Take them out but be careful they will be hot. You are gonna wanna peel the skin off of them and take out the seeds. If you roasted them long enough it should come off pretty easy. Well you are gonna need around about a lb. (If you like it hot) All you do is out it in a sauce pan along with a can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup. Do not add water or milk. add garlic and a lil salt. If it is too thick add very lil water. Wait til it boils. Then fry your corn tortillas and dip them in your sauce add cheese and repeat. I stack them. Anyways they come out delicious. I know i suck at writing or giving directions. haha You can add chicken if you wanna.
