Hello Ladiesss!
I went to the doctor, he said everything was fine, but to help me conceive faster and to make sure everything is perfect, he is going to have another ultrasound as soon as I get a possitive OPK, and 8 days after that he will mesure my progesterone to make sure it is rising in the right amount, so I have something to think about until ovulation and the 2ww.
Tryn4#2 I hope your son is feeling better. Has AF arrived yet?
Justina I hope your Af doesnt arrive for at least the next 9 months ;), of course after a BFP! Hang in there only a few more days to know.
Where are the others? It seems we all were busy in the weekend.

Hey everyone!
Sorry I've been so quiet lately. This is a hard time of the year for me. My first son, Ethan Dale, was stillborn on this day, so there have been a lot of tears and smiles thinking about him.
Anyway, I'm on CD 8 and I still have about 11 more days until I O, so not much going on here.
Everyone check in please, I'd love to know how everyone is doing! It's amazing to me how much I think and wonder about all of you when you all are pretty much just names on a screen.
Take care and lots of baby dust!

Hello everybody,
We must all be very busy lately because things have gone quiet. I am currently 5dpo and trying not to take too much note, not that I have time to anyway. I have decided that if this month is our month then I'll be over the moon, but if not it's okay because we are in the middle of moving house, going to a new job, lots of other exciting things are happening.
I have noticed though that I am running to the toilet, ALOT more than usual. I guess it's too early for that one though.
How is everyone else doing? Fingers crossed for some more BFP's!!

Hi everyone
I have been reading your posts with interest. I'm TTC too and in my first ‘proper’ TWW, so thought I might join in to give & receive some support! I’m in Australia so timezones opposite to most of you.
I've been unofficially TTC since I came off BCP in Sep 09. AF didn't return until Jan though (the same day I had internal ultrasound as Dr suspected PCOS - typical!) and my cycle has been trying to sort itself out since - 45, 27, 31 days.
This month I am charting & pretty sure I O'd on 19 May CD21. BD on 16th, 18th, 21st.
Hoping I can bounce my symptoms off you (so I don't nag my fiancé to death). 1st week of TWW had lots of symptoms mostly tummy upset, cramps (partic. L ovary), CONSTANT eye twitch, headaches that disappear suddenly, bloating, sleepy during the day, sneezing. My temp dipped a little at 4DPO and is creeping up ever since. Up to 36.49C today but that’s kinda normal prior to AF for me. BBS not sore. Sometimes I feel a bit nauseous, but again I have a very active imagination!
8DPO and today though feel quite normal with increased CM, so perhaps this isn’t my month. Will wait til 14DPO (also AF due) to test. Very hard to hold out!
Alc – you never know since you are moving house and job etc, life can sometimes throw you one more change. It often all happens at once!

Hello;
My story real quick; I'm 38, new dh is 34. I was married before with 3 kids, oldest 21, middle 15, youngest 10. We have been together for 3.5 yrs and got married last month. He is so wonderful and I have never been happier! We weren't sure if we wanted one more child, but decided to try for one year. I was so excited! My pregnancies in the past have been pretty normal and worry free. I did have an ectopic in between 15 yr old and 10 yr old. At that time, I hadn't missed a period, wasn't trying to conieve, and had no symptoms; except that my bbs looked wierd. In the mirror, they just didn't look right. I took a test, and bfn. So i took a shower, came out, and looked again; bfp!! Unfortunatley, it ended a few weeks later when my tubal was diagnosed. I always think of this story when i read of someone who has had a bfp before 10 dpo. Hcg doesn't begin to double and increase until implantation, so if you have a bfp before 10 dpo, i'm guessing there's a chance the bean implanted too soon and not in the right place.
Anyway, today; I am about 11 - 14 dpo (not sure when i o'd as i had positive opks for 3 days in a row!)But i began feeling symptoms almost immediately; VERY ga__sy and bloated; stomach the size of 5 months. Can't wear jeans. My dreams were so strange it almost felt like i was having some else's dreams. They had nothing to do with anything I know or anything about me at all!! Then the nightmares; oh god i hate those. Don't get them very often. And if i do, not for nights on end like i have been. Been ok the last couple of nights though. Hungry!! God I cannot go without breakfast like i used to. And BIG meals...craving baked potatoes. Bbs are huge; my cup runneth over!! Cramping and going number 2 alot. I laugh when I read about hpt during the day and holding your pee for at least 4 hours; yeah right! 2.5 hours is my limit. But in spite of all this, I am still testing neg. I am a pee-stick-oholic. I'll freely admit this. Thanks to dollar store pg tests, I can get my 'fix' many times a day. I developed allergies in the last couple of years and they are causing me enourmous grief. I was afraid to take anythig in case i was pg, but i read on the internet that excessive allergy symptoms are also related to early pregnancy.Emotionally, I feel extreme joy; not sure why.
I'm testing again tomorrow am with frer. Hoping for the best, but I figure if i don't have a bfp by Monday, then i must have missed the boat this month. My game plan for next month includes opk's twice a day, bbt charting, evening primrose oil, and red raspberry leaf. Also i will quit smoking and severely cut down on caffiene.
Sorry for the long post; I'm happy to see someone got their bfp!!

Good morning everyone!!
Welcome Lovemydogs and Pixiej!
Holding thumbs for both of you to end up on a bfp!
Im feeling incredibly nervous, to the extent that im putting off testing, just incase it comes back as a negative. Suppose all this anxiety isnt helping much either. Im officially 3 days late and will wait to prob tomorrow to test and see what is happening. I am praying that it is a positive. Also, just some other news, my best friend got her bfp 3 days ago...YAY!!!! She and her husband have been ttc now for 8months. Incredibly happy for her!! How awesome would it be if we both could be preggies together, lol!
Tons and truckloads of Baby dust to all of ya!
Have an awesome day and chat very soon again, hopefully with some good news!

Sorry to see AF showed up for you Justinaclair; Here's hoping for a better month in June!
My update; took hpt with fmu - looked neg to me. Took another one 5 hours later with smu - faint bfp!! I've taken too many of these not to recognize a faint bfp!! And it was pink! Not grey or purple, but pink!! So excited!! So after work, 4 hours later, took a digi - not pregnant!! wtf!! I kept looking at my bfp all day, thinking i was imagining it, but no - it was still there. Now, 10 hours later, i can barely see my bfp. Was i imagining it? no. I made sure. So I did some internet research - possible my urine was too diluted to trigger a positive on the digi (my period is still 5 days away, but i really think i o'd early) and apparently, faint bfps will fade after a few hours, even though they say a pos will stay pos for up to 48 hrs. Obviously, being the addict i am, another test is on the table for the AM. Has anyone else experienced this? POAS.com says that alot of women have better results with smu. Anyone??

Morning everyone!!
Nice to see all the new faces here!
Love, another reason could be the amount of of HcG the tests need to read positive. Some of the cheaper tests need only 15-20mgs to test positive, while others need 50-100mgs to test positive. I'd check the papers in the box to see what they say. How many DPO are you?
Hey there pixie! Glad you joined our little group!
alc, I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you. Lots of changes ahead with the move and new job and all, might as well add a pregnancy to the list!
Simone, where are you? It's been a long time since you've posted.
Looby, you too, what's going on?
justina, sorry to hear about AF.. sure do hate that little witch!
Nothing hew here, I'm at CD 10, so still a ways to go. FF says next Sunday is the best day, so I'll set up with my sperm donor to meet that day.
Take care everyone, and LOTS and LOTS of baby dust!

Hi everyone;
Well, this mornings hpt was a big fat zero. I don't know what on earth i was seeing yesterday, but I don't think I caught the egg this month. My belly swelling has gone right down this AM and I'm feeling pretty normal - d__n! I am appox 13 dpo - AF is due in 4 days. Pretty sure she's going to show her ugliness. I haven't shared this with anyone; not even my dh! He has enough stress with his work, i did not want to dump all the ttc drama on him; i'll share the good news with him when IF we get our bfp. We agreed to try for one year and hope for the best. Only 11 more tries to go....

Pixie, I am also in Australia, where abouts are you? I am 7dpo today, so I'm only one day behind you. I've had bad nausea the past few days, and stabbing pains on the right side. I'm not sure if the pains are a good or bad thing though.
lovemydogs, welcome to the site. I also don't tell my hubby any of this. Well I tell some of it, but not all the gory details. Keep your head up, it's not over until the fat lady sings! And you always have next month :)
Phoenix, good luck for next weekend. I'm just curious to know, when you meet up with your sperm donor do you actually bd? We're opposite so you're O is my AF due date.
Good luck everyone x

Heyyy Everyone!!! Well this 2 weeks I havent been charting, or using opk´s, but yesterday night (which was day 15 of my month)I BD and decided to start using my OPK´s because I normally ovulate on day 20 or 21, well it came out possitive so I think I´m ovulating early this month, I´ll have to start BD a little earlier :D Let´s see how this turns out.
Happy to see we have so many new friends to talk with. Good luck to the ones that are waiting for ovulation and the best of luck for the ones waiting for their BFP!

Happy Memorial Day, everyone!
CD 12 here, nothing new.
ALC, thanks! To answer your question, no, I don't bd with the donor. He does his thing in a sterile cup just before I get there. I take it home and put it into an needleless syringe and my partner puts it into me. So, if I do get preggers, my partner will kinda be the one who got me that way. =0) Then my partner and I do a modified bd. Some studies have shown that when a woman has a strong orgasm after bd'ing, chances are better for pregnancy.
Simone, any news from your tests? When is dh going to be back home?
Good luck to everyone else this month!
