IUD But Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hello,

I'm 26 years old and I've had my IUD (paragard) for 4 years.

I've been spotting for 5 days off and on with some cramping but I still haven't gotten my period. Along with back pain, loss of appetite, and fatigue, my areolas seemed to have turned tanish. I know this because I have areola tattoos that matched perfectly prior to now. The pains have subsided the last couple of days.

My sister had a pregnancy test, which concluded a negative result but it was one of those crappy dollar store ones (I don't know if that matters or yet if it's still too early to test).

I know chances of pregnancy are slim with my IUD but this is all so weird. Has this ever happened to any of you?

My rule of thumb is that a negative test when two weeks late suggests pregnancy is not the problem. Dollar Store tests usually work as well as others that have bells and whistles.
