Look I may be 3 to 4 weeks pregnant I am showing all the signs but my baby's father is working out of the state and I have no way of finding him can I get Child support from him and how could I find him? Should I go for support? He has a five year old daughter also who he doesn't support I need help Please help me

As long as he is still in the US, child support can be obtained from him. Child support laws are both federally and state mandated. It does not matter what state he lives in, he can be sued for child support and if he does not pay, there will be consequences. If he leaves the country, he can be extradited back to the US (depends which country he moves to) due to owed child support.

As long as he is proven to be the father he is liable to pay support most child support agencies will locate the babys father for you, contact your local child support enforcement agency.

thank you both for your advice I will take it to heart when delaing with the Jerk of a father. I don't know if I want him part of the babies life
