If the father of my baby doesnt work can I still receive child support when shes born? He doesnt want to help out either. I know its different in every state I live in Arizona. If anyone can give me any info on it it would help me out so much thanks.

Call the family court house in your area and ask for a referal. Every state has a free counselling and referal service and they'll advise you. Sometimes a state has to put the money forth and the man owes it back.
