I am 29 weeks pregnant and the father and his parents are having a baby shower, they have invited some of my co-workers and friends but not me. This is the first father to be only baby shower I have heard of what is wrong with these people?

If you are not invited then take a day to go to the spa and relax. You should act like it does not even bother you!

Some of YOUR co workers and friends? Surely you must be invited, your friends and co workers will expect you to be there. Unless they are also friends and/or co workers of his or it's not "coed". If not the fact that they were invited (and how awkward it's going to be if your NOT there) is super tacky. Do you have any reason to believe they maybe purposely snubbing you? If not take Sarah advice and find something better to do, but it's ok to let it be known you did not appreciate not being invited to your own baby shower!

How about spending your time being happy and grateful for your pregnancy and upcoming birth. Maybe it's a surprise! Focus on what is really important - your health and the health of your baby! Be positive! Be grateful! Write a list of all the things you are grateful for and concentrate on that list! Good luck!
