i am 29 weeks pregnant and as of 16 weeks pregnant the father of my child left me for another girl and has put me through h__l. i want him to sign over all parental rights to me and he is also willing too. how would i go about doing this? can he sign over rights with out the baby being born?? child support also means nothing to me i dont need or want his money. any suggestions ?

I work for a lawyer, and see this quite often. Please for your sake and for the childs, go see a lawyer if this is what you want. Even down the road, if you or the father wants to have some access or whatever, it can be changed. Good Luck!
