So I missed my period and my fiance and I have been trying to get pregnant for 4 months and i had a negative home pregnancy test but I'm cramping like during my period but no blood. What should I do?

Weird cramps are an early sign. How about fatigue, more peeing and other signs? I think you should run another test a week after the first. That hormone doubles every few days. If you can't get a positive when you are two weeks late the chances increase that there is some other problem. If you miss a second period it will be time to for medical advice. GL!
