That means there is a pretty good chance of pregnancy. Buy a home pregnancy test from the family planning shelf and run it on first morning pee when your period was originally expected. If the test is positive start on prenatal vitamins, quit tobacco and alcohol, and schedule a doctor appointment for when your second period is due, about a month from now. Good luck!
