Did Plan B Throw Off My Period

I'm not taking birth control right now and I'm normally not s_xually active. Five days ago, things unexpectedly went too far with a friend, but I was able to take Plan B within 12 hours. I was supposed to get my period yesterday, but I still haven't as of today. It's possible my period is off, also, because I just got back from a 3-week Christmas break. Either my period is off because of the Plan B or I'm pregnant. Does anyone else have information about what happens when taking Plan B just a couple days before an expected period?

Common Menstrual Changes
One of the common adverse reactions to this medication is a change in menstrual periods. Approximately 30 percent of women in clinical trials experienced heavier menstrual bleeding after taking a Plan B tablet, according to the Plan B prescribing information. The Plan B prescribing information also notes that approximately 4 percent of women experienced a late menstrual period after taking Plan B. Menstruation for these women occurred over seven days later than expected.
