Something is wrong with a pregnant 16 year old.

It is called "Age of Consensual S_x," and in most states that is 18...there is a reason for this law...

Actually the legal age of consent in most states is NOT 18. I would say the average is 16, in a few states it's as young as 14, in some there are different ages for boys and girls, and for pretty much all for statutory rape to apply the offender must be a certain number of years older than the minor.

in the uk the consent age is 16 and the satuary rape thing only acounts if the man has s_x with someone under the age of 16 i dont think it matters how many years older the guy is here. hmm strange how the laws are all different in other countrys tho

BUT also here if you are under 18 even if the age of consent is 16 if you're with someone 3 years or more older than you, he can be charged with statutory rape. >_>;

wow thats so different here! so me andmy boyfriend first had s_x together when i was 16 and he is 5years older than me so if i was in your country could he of got done with statuary rape or would i have to be under the age of 16?

In California it's 18 with the three years apart rule. Whew, my fiance is turning 19 tomorrow :P My dad tried to get him arrested for statutory rape but after I told them we were only a year and a half a part they were like "Sorry to bother you! Your dad is a jerk!" Haha.
