No Period Signs Of Being Pregnant But Pregnancy Rest Negativ

I was suppose to get my period on the 23 of last month and still haven't gotten it. But my stomach has hurt on my sides and lower stomach. I took a pregnancy rest 2 days ago it said negative but I still haven't got my period. I've been having some symptoms like stomach cramping , mood swings , gassy ... I can't sleep at night, I wake up in the mornings still feeling c__ppy. Could this just be something else any ideas? IM scared I

Most pregnancies will give a positive test when a period is 7 days late. The pregnancy hormone is supposed to double every few days, so another test tomorrow has a better chance of telling true. Did you have s_xual exposure around 04/09? Maybe a cyst is messing with your cycle. GL!

I'll try and take another one but honestly I don't think im pregnant! but somethings going on and yeah it might be a cyst im going to the doctor Monday to find out what it is

Is your period regular? If then no need to tense about your pregnancy. Sometimes period delay. So you can talk to a doctor.
