So my boyfriend and I kinda had s_x on June 26th. Let me explain. We were rubbing on each other and then he touched the tip at my entrance and knowing that pre-come contains semen I decided to take the plan b. I took it two hours after the whole s_x thing. A week later I had spotting but that was considered normal because it happens when you take the pill. My period was supposed to start on July 17 but it's the 19th now and I'm panicking. I've been having cramps on and off and I don't think I'm pregnant because he didn't fully enter me so the chances of getting pregnant are low right? I really don't want to get pregnant at the age of 18. And my parents would definitely not approve. So can you please help! Am I pregnant? And I'm scared my period won't come. Thank you.

Hi Marie. It sounds like your encounter was a day or two after your period ended and hardly in the fertile window. Between that, the minimal exposure, the Plan B and a lack of early signs other than a late period, you can be pretty confident you are not pregnant. The worry is delaying your cycle. It seems you know that sperm spilled at the entrance can make it to their destination - good for you! Please get yourself ready for your next encounter by discussing a contraceptive plan with your boyfriend and abstaining until it is properly in place. Condoms plus v____al spermicide is a good place to start. Staying away from the fertile window is an additional precaution.
