Plan B Side Effects Or Pregnant

Alright so about a month ago I took a plan B pill after having unprotected s_x with my boyfriend. My period ended two days before we had s_x. I took the plan be pill 10 hours after that. About 5 days later I had spotting but it was basically like I was on my period. Now its three weeks later and I haven't started my period and I should of started it 4 days ago. Is this normal or should I go see a doctor or take a test! Answers as soon as possible would be fantastic
