Hi, I've been keeping track of my period, and it has come on the 19th of nov, the 20th of dec, 21st of jan.... and today is the 21st already. i had unprotected s_x on the 16th with my boyfriend but we only did it for about 30 seconds cause i was worried about being pregnant. before that we hadn't had s_x for a few days (so i assumed that there wouldn't be sperm in the pre-c_m fluids) but now i'm not sure... I think i should have gotten my period today or yesterday but it hasn't arrived... what are my chances?

i'm also not experiencing any of my typical symptoms. i don't have backaches, sore joints, don't feel bloated... no noticeable moodswings.. and i'm not sure if my b___sts are tender or not. can't tell.

S_x a week before your period is due is not high risk - Feb 7th would have been more of a problem. Early preg signs are very similar to PMS signs. How about unusual fatigue, peeing, emotions? I figure your period is not due until tomorrow - let's see what that brings. GL!

thanks for your input! It's almost noon time and i haven't gotten it yet, but I will post again if there's good news. How many days should I wait to buy a pregnancy test?

A pregnancy test aboout now has a good chance of telling true. Use it on first morning pee dip method, or at least after not drinking for four hours to get the pee good and strong. If you are pregnant it would be more likely from a contraceptive malfunction earlier in the month. Since you are not experiencing either PMS signs or early preg signs, my guess is that you are having a skipped or delayed cycle. GL!
