Should I Start Using Birth Control?

I snuck out and went to a party. Had a beer with a boy and I think we had sex. Sore the next morning. I was drunk and don't kow for sure that I had sex but we did some heavy making out and kissing. May have unprotected sex. I'm 12 and can I go to a clinic or planned parenthood and get birth control if I am not pregnant. Party was 13 days after my last period.
