lately I have been waking up at night with a pain in my upper thighs when I lay on my left side I get the pain on my right side and vice versa. Also I've recently been having back pain so bad that I can barely stand up. Could this be a my body preparing itself for pregnancy. I have the implant but do not use condoms

Maybe the implant is giving you side effects. With an implant in place a pregnancy is quite unlikely
