Pregnancy Info HOME

Ok, I have been having almost ALL the signs of pregnancy. Fatigue,nausea,appet_te increase,headaches,morning sickness, etc. I took pregnancy test(home) and came back positive. But i took at blood test and it came out negative. I went to the ER the other day due to bleeding and cramping. They gave me a pregnancy test but came out negative again. A nurse came in with a sonogram i believe or a doppler to look for a heart beat. She found a heartbeat and the placenta. They did a ultrasound and saw where the lining was thick but didnt see a baby, they say i miscarried but how can they find a heartbeat, i still have symptoms, and my stomach already coming out. If i am pregnant im 9 weeks and 4 days. PLEASE HELP ME with your opinions or what you may think!!
