Assistance From Maternity Medical Caretaker?

Hi all,
I'm 8 months pregnant and has a few troubles like extreme tiredness, queasiness, pain, and so on. I'm divorced and now living with my 64-year old mother. She is not able to take care of me in this circumstance. So I'm planning to get an assistance from a maternity nurse services in Toronto ( The New Mummy Company ). I have zero knowledge in this field. Do they nurse me after my delivery as well? Is it costly? What are the things to be considered before choosing such services? Does anybody have previous experience with such services? Please help me.
