Can Any Drs Explain Me Abt My Ultrasound Report

I'm 37 weeks and 3 days with my first pregnancy due by this dec 31st..My ultrasound report suggested the following
1.Presentaion; cephalic
2.Fetus heart rate :140 bpm
3.Bpd;86.5mm
4.Hc;311.7mm
5.Ac: 305.2mm
6.Fl;70.9mm
7.Weight :2590+/- 350 gms
8.Placenta:left lateral wall grade;II,AFI:13cms
Few cord structures seen near the neck.
but my dr said the baby head is not head down but report says cephalic presentation can any one help me ?
