Childbirth Prep Videos Materials

Not sure if this Q should be here or in the labor section. I'm 36 weeks going on 37. For scheduling & financial reasons, we put off looking into childbirth classes until too late and everything was booked or schedule-conflicted. That's life right? Time but no money, or money but no time. Soon we'll be short on both, ha, that's parenthood. Anyway, it just recently occurred to me to go looking for materials to use at home. I'd like to know if anyone has any product recommendations, whether books or any other media. I know there's not much time left to do exercises but something is better than nothing, I'm thinking. I don't have a midwife, and I tried talking about this stuff to my ob last visit but they weren't that helpful in suggesting resources. This is my first and I'm hoping to go natural, and am just now learning that there were exercises (besides kegels) I could have been doing, different pelvic / labor positions to practice, to help prepare better and minimize the need for interventions. Has anyone here heard of / used the pink kit? I just learned about this product on another forum for natural parenting / labor, and people there seemed to like it. What else have you used / liked / found helpful, whether going natural or not? Thanks in advance!

Look into books on the Bradley method. They are about a natural birth, using self-relaxation or self-hypnosis techniques. I went to the library and checked out several books. Some helped, others did not.

I thought the bradley method had to be started weeks ago? I know the bradley cla__ses run 12 weeks long. I didn't see an accelerated schedule from the info on their website, just an explanation on their site of why the program requires 3 months. I looked into lamaze too; they had accelerated weekend cla__ses but my SO works every weekend and they're booked thru the end of the year locally anyway. I checked out library books over the summer about pregnancy stuff but am kicking myself now for not paying more attention to the labor/delivery sections!!!
