I am almost 35 weeks and I have been to the hospital twice with contractions...
both times they kept me there all day and had to stop the contractions.... I did not dialate at all when there though... the 2nd time they sent me home with some medicine to take to stop contractions...
I am still having contractions even when taking the medicine... according to the ultrasound the baby is very healthy and weighs about 5.5 pounds...
the contractions seem to be getting stronger but they still come and go... anyone think we might go early??
anyone have any stories similar to this to share?? just curious what others have been through... thanks..

I went into labor at 26 weks with my daughter. I spent a week in the hospital with them stopping contractions. I had to have a shot every hour and was given a prescription when i went home. I had contractions up until i had her at 38 weeks. I had to be induced to have her. I went to hospital with severe contractions and tons of bloody show. They said they had never seen anyone with such contractions and so much bloody show not go into labor. I went home and went back 2 days later to be induced. They say its very common for women who have had labor stopped to go longer.
