If you are feeling he/she morning and night time then he is probably sleeping a lot during the day. THis is normal as you are more than likely moving around a lot during the day. He/she may be moving but you just don't realize Also, the baby is getting bigger now with less room. But if you ever feel really concerned just call your doc and let them know.

Yes. My docs general rule of thumb when I'm concerned about baby movement is to drink COLD water and lay on either side for an hour. If you get at least 4 movements, baby is OK. If you want more peace of mind though, go to L & D. My hospital nurses say they would rather send a woman home 15 times than have her not do anything and something bad happen. If you go to L & D, they'll hook you up to monitors and watch baby's movement for a while. I'm sure all is OK.

no need to be afraid! I was the same way around 30 weeks. I couldnt feel her move! But like deniseb says she/he doesnt have as much room to play as he did. Try eating something, mine moved alot after I ate something. Remember to eat every 2 hrs even if its a pack of crackers to keep ur blood sugar up. BUT if you are really scared they have fetal monitors at the hospital or ur OB's office. Good luck!!

It could also be the location of the placenta. Ask your doc where it is. If it is up front, you won't feel him much. Or it could be the way baby is laying. Every once and a while my baby puts his back to my stomach and i do not feel him move at all. Freaks me out every time, but if i move him over a bit with my hands and lay on my side, I can usually feel some small moves. Then he'll move around again a few hours later and I get feet and knees poking out! I'm with the other girls- better safe than sorry. Go to L&D if your gut ever tells you to. I did once because I was so scared after not feeling him. Turns out everything was fine, but why take any chances? We have a maternal instinct and we should always listen to it!

as long as you feel him move 10 times in 12 hours then it should be fine
