I am 36 weeks pregnant and have been having contractions since last night. They only are coming when I am laying in bed and are more intense depending on the position, ( the bac k s the worst). Please help me.

It is likely just something that you will deal with intermittently until the baby comes! I am almost 38 weeks and have been having contractions like this for about a month. Sometimes they even stay when I get up and do other things, and sometimes they are pretty hard, but they aren't dilating me, so they're just braxton hicks. Next time you go into to your ob, I'm sure they will check for dilation if you're curious about it. Otherwise, good luck getting some sleep before baby comes!
